The Georgia Film Academy is now offering the GFA 1000 Intro to film and TV production for the Spring 2024 semester on campus at Savannah State University.

This means that students who ONLY want to take the GFA classes for the certification can register directly for this course without having to apply to the college for a degree program. Also, the class is offered on Saturday which is great for those who work full time on a m-f job!

Applicant will have experience with being a talent assistant or at least a producers or directors assistant. Must be local to Savannah and have a valid drivers license. Access to their own vehicle a plus and will be compensated for it. Duties include (but are not limited to) pick ups, drop offs, running errands, organizing schedules on the ground etc.”
